PLEASE READ OUR TERMS OF USE (“TOU”) CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU BECOME A MEMBER. Robust Media Group, LLC. ("MyStockMarket.com," "we," or "us") provides its registered members with a number of benefits, including access to selected articles from our premium products, weekly newsletters, and selected tools and other services (collectively, the "Membership Service"), free of charge, for their individual usage, subject to compliance with the terms and conditions set forth herein.

  • You agree to notify us at webmaster@mystockmarket.com if you become aware of any possible unauthorized use(s) of your account or any possible breach of security, including loss, theft, or unauthorized disclosure of your User Name or password.

INDEMNIFICATION

These Terms of Use, your rights and obligations, and all actions contemplated by these Terms of Use will be governed by the laws of the United States of America and the State of Florida, as if these Terms of Use were a contract wholly entered into and wholly performed within the State of Florida. These Terms of Use will not be governed by the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If any provision in these Terms of Use is invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect, and the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision. These Terms of Use are the entire and final agreement regarding this Web Site and its Content, and supersede any prior or contemporaneous communications between Robust Media Group, LLC and you regarding this Web Site and its Content.
 
 
Security
 
Any passwords used for this site are for individual use only. You will be responsible for the security of your password (if any). Robust Media Group LLC will be entitled to monitor your password and, at its discretion, require you to change it. If you use a password that Robust Media Group LLC considers insecure, Robust Media Group LLC will be entitled to require the password to be changed and/or terminate your account.
You are prohibited from using any services or facilities provided in connection with this site to compromise security or tamper with system resources and/or accounts. The use or distribution of tools designed for compromising security (e.g., password guessing programs, cracking tools or network probing tools) is strictly prohibited. If you become involved in any violation of system security, Robust Media Group LLC reserves the right to release your details to system administrators at other sites in order to assist them in resolving security incidents. Robust Media Group LLC reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of these Terms of Use.
Robust Media Group LLC reserves the right to fully cooperate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing Robust Media Group LLC to disclose the identity of anyone posting any e-mail messages, or publishing or otherwise making available any materials that are believed to violate these Terms of Use. BY ACCEPTING THIS AGREEMENT YOU WAIVE AND HOLD HARMLESS Robust Media Group LLC FROM ANY CLAIMS RESULTING FROM ANY ACTION TAKEN BY Robust Media Group LLC DURING OR AS A RESULT OF ITS INVESTIGATIONS AND/OR FROM ANY ACTIONS TAKEN AS A CONSEQUENCE OF INVESTIGATIONS BY EITHER Robust Media Group LLC OR LAW ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITIES.
